The most important thing we’ve done all year! – Family Portraits

My family has been visiting the Outer Banks for almost 40 years! We go every year at the end of July and it’s like home to all of us! Although it’s developed a lot since I was a kid, The sandy dunes, Austin’s seafood market, and the Nags Head Pier have always stayed the same! Although we have kept our family vacation tradition alive over the years, we decided to change it up a bit this year by surprising my mom with a family portrait session! And I think we’ve started a new tradition!

I’m not lying when I say this is the most important thing we’ve done all year! I’m still not sure why we’ve waited this long to have these done, but it’s the best investment we’ve made in a long time! These family portraits of all of us will be treasured for so long. If you haven’t had your family portraits done in years (like most people!), put it on your to do list for this fall! I cannot stress how important it is! I wish we had these done every year to look back on, but now we know! And just wait until you see our Christmas card this year!!!!
