Gunston Hall Engagement – Josie & Jaeff

The backdrop of Northern Virginia’s Historic Gunston Hall in the autumn sunset glow was the perfect setting for a romantic engagement session. The moment I sent Josie a list of option I secretly hoped she would choose Gunston Hall. I’ve been there a handful of times and dreamed of taking portraits in the tree lined driveway. Josie & Jaeff’s Northern Virginia Engagement was nothing short of a magical evening and their engagement portraits embody every bit of it. With their wedding originally scheduled for September, we intended on taking these engagement photos in the Spring. In a strange way, the postponement led to something beautiful coming out of their engagement photos (part one!) and I know without a doubt that their June Wedding at DC’s Hotel Monaco with reap the same outcome! If only I could be a permanent Gunston Hall Photographer!!

My favorite thing about their Gunston Hall Engagement –  it was only one part of a two part engagement session!
