We were there at the hospital when their sweet daughter entered the world. When Ricky walked out into the waiting room and announced that Charlotte Rae was here, we were overjoyed with another beautiful blessing. Watching these two learn all the new things that parenting a newborn brings has been beautiful. My sister (my trusty assistant) and I drove up to northern Baltimore to spend the afternoon in their home to capture their newborn lifestyle session. Being home for portraits like this means that our time was filled with swaddles, burp cloths, and the sweetest smiles. There is something so intimate about a family allowing you to come into their home and document them in their truest form. I think you can expect to see a lot more of not only gorgeous lifestyle sessions on the blog, but many portraits of Charlotte Rae! She is a stunning little girl and I am excited to watch her personality grow over the next few months!
