Abraham’s Newborn Portraits

 

These haven taken much longer to share than they should have! I guess I have to get used to that around here! Our boy Abe came into our lives on October 10th 2018, 8lbs 13ozs and almost 22 inches long! After a rough 26 hour delivery (which we wont talk about) we experienced the greatest joy life has to offer.

Abe is the first grandchild and great grandchild on both of our sides of the family! He is his mama’s twin in the face and has his daddy’s body, for sure!

Abe is the eighth generation to live on our family property and would’ve been my great grandmother’s first great great grandchild.

If you have a moment, take a peek at the best investment we’ve ever made. My sweet friend Nikki Santerre blew me away with these portraits and her unending kindness. These portraits will always be one of my most prized possessions. One of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Although I am still very swollen in these, I still tear up looking at them.

I know things have been quiet but, I promise to share lots more (hopefully next week) about Abe and being his mama!
